Enjoy an unforgettable adventure on our ATV Tour: Huaypo Lagoon + Maras Salt Mines, traveling through beautiful landscapes and picturesque villages filled with living culture. Take in the breathtaking scenery as you visit Huaypo Lagoon and the Maras Salt Mines.

At the beginning of the tour, we will have a brief ATV safety and introductory session. Once everyone is ready, we will begin our four-wheel adventure toward Huaypo Lagoon.

The total ATV ride to and from Huaypo Lagoon takes approximately 2 hours. We will then return to our tourist transportation and continue our journey to the Maras Salt Mines, an impressive collection of more than 3,000 salt ponds, where local residents continue the centuries-old tradition of harvesting and selling this valuable resource, just as the Incas did centuries ago.

Throughout the tour, we will observe traditional communities surrounded by beautiful landscapes and learn about the history and culture of this unique region. At the end of the tour, our transportation will drop you off approximately 2–3 blocks from Cusco’s Main Square.
