We begin our visit at the Qoricancha Temple. This was the most important Temple of the Sun. We’ll see the perfect fusion of architectural styles. Then we’ll explore the imposing Cusco Cathedral. We’ll learn about its colonial art and treasures. The guide will lead us through hidden Inca streets. The stops in the city are very convenient. You’ll learn about the life of the ancient Incas. We’ll continue by private transport to Sacsayhuaman. It’s an immense Inca ceremonial fortress. Its stone walls are made of giant blocks. The panoramic view of Cusco from there is incredible. Then we’ll visit important nearby sites. We’ll explore the Inca labyrinth of Q’enqo. We’ll continue to the military fortress of Puka Pukara. We’ll end the tour at Tambomachay, or the Inca Baths. It’s a site of ceremonial water worship. The return to the hotel will be prompt.
