How we write our guides

  • Every guide checks prices, opening hours and rules against official sources: Peru’s Ministry of Culture, SERNANP, PromPerú and the train and bus operators.
  • Sources are listed at the end of each guide, and the “Updated” date shows the last review.
  • When a rule changes (visitor caps, circuits, fares) we update the guide and its date.
