Tipón

Tipón is a complex of terraces with channels, fountains and cascades that have kept flowing since Inca times. It’s one of the finest examples of Andean hydraulic engineering. It lies about 23 km from Cusco, above the town of Tipón, famous for its roast cuy (guinea pig). Admission is included in the Cusco Tourist Ticket (Boleto Turístico del Cusco).
